As a dynamic entrepreneur, Amber has launched multiple fitness and wellness ventures. She juggles the roles of a devoted mother of four, an ultra-marathon runner, the host of the Next Level podcast, owner of Empowered Nutrition Company,  a nutritional wellness expert, Author of “Eating For Energy”, and a youth performance coach. Currently, she is pioneering a nutrition line designed to provide clean performance supplements for all ages, aiming to revolutionize the supplement industry so that everyone can enjoy increased energy, enhanced power, and improved recovery.

 

Amber's passion for coaching others towards healthier lifestyles is fueled by her extensive background as a trained dancer and over two decades of experience in the fitness and dance industries. This unique combination has honed her understanding of muscle complexity and function. Her journey began at a young age, witnessing family members struggle with health issues, which sparked her belief that movement and the commitment to becoming just 1% better each day can lead to transformative change. Amber is dedicated to inspiring others to embrace their potential, reminding them that they possess the strength to be the best version of themselves and live empowered, healthy lives.

 

Looking to the future, Amber is excited to create a program that funds scholarships for youth fitness development and mental performance coaching. She is actively building a team to expand her community outreach initiatives, which include organizing and sponsoring 5K, 10K, and 20K races, along with other wellness events. Additionally, she is launching a book series titled “Unstuck,” “Champion,” and “Momentum!” These works aim to empower individuals of all ages to unlock their potential through her personal journey, overcoming struggle, and practical strategies for pursuing greatness. 

 

Amber's firsthand experience with the life-changing impact of healthy habits is a testament to her dedication. In 2011, she opened Balance Studio in East Atlanta, offering a diverse range of classes including Barre, TRX, Pilates, Yoga, and dance for all ages. Her impressive career includes roles as Group Fitness Director and C.P.T. at Resolution Fitness, Fitness and Nutrition Coach at Revive Nutrition, and Women's Weightlifting and Dance Trainer at Perimeter College. In her personal life, Amber enjoys competing in ultra-marathons, coaching and playing kids, writing, and cooking nutritious meals with her husband for friends and family.

 

Amber’s goal for her clients is to cultivate deep core strength, flexibility, and muscle balance by emphasizing how muscles work in harmony. She specializes in TRX, Barre Fitness, Pilates, restorative training, agility and balance, and functional Bootcamp training, while also guiding clients on weight loss and healthy habits. With certifications from AFAA, TRX, ASFA, YMCA, and ISA, Amber advocates for a holistic approach to muscular health that prioritizes consistent balance, strength, and flexibility training. By focusing on these essential elements, her clients experience tangible benefits like improved posture, efficient movement, and relief from back and neck pain caused by muscular imbalances. Amber is committed to ensuring her clients see lasting results by blending a healthy nutritional lifestyle with effective fitness training, empowering them to maintain their progress for life.
